It’s such an amazing thing to be able to see the fabric, especially after waiting for what feels like forever! I know I have said this before but this collection is inspired by some of my favorite quilting designs.
This print, Grand Mosaic, started as the square flower quilting design that was in my first book.
If you happen to be taking my Dot to Dot Quilting class on Craftsy, you may recognize the design in this print, Ancestree.
And, who can resist a print that combines two classic quilting designs, swirls and pebbles??
Sometimes, the fabric design comes before the quilting design….this print started out as a sketch for a quilting design in an upcoming book.
Before I actually quilted it on a quilt, I made it into a fabric design. A little backwards from how I normally design fabric, but hey, it works!
I can’t wait to make some fun projects with it! Molly, my friend and fellow quilter, made these cute projects for my booth at Quilt Market….I think I need some of these for my house!!
What about another giveaway?? (seems like I am having a lot of those lately!) The collection doesn’t ship to stores until next month, but one lucky quilter will get their hands on it sooner! I am giving away a fat 1/8th of each print in the collection, all you have to do is leave a comment on the blog saying hi. I will select a lucky winner on Friday!
