Sunday!! Happy Sunday! I don’t normally blog on Sundays, but today is different! Today is my stop on the 15 Minutes of Play blog tour.

Victoria was so great to give me the opportunity to quilt several quilts in the book. Such as these:

Having quilted the quilts over a year ago, it’s so neat to see the finished product. I knew that the book would be great, there was no doubt in my mind, but I was blown away when I saw it. It’s full of eye-candy and lots of tips and pointers to get your started, without bogging you down with tons of instructions.

I always think that I am too busy to make a quilt, but I love the concept of taking a little time each day to “play”. I think that I will have to make that a new routine!!

About the Author

I am a longarm quilter, teacher, and the author of two books, "Free-motion Quilting with Angela Walters" and "In the Studio with Angela Walters". My quilting career began at the side of my husband's grandfather, and together we made my first quilt, a nine-patch that is still on my bed today. Thousands of swirls, feathers, parallel lines later, I have turned my love of stitches and fabric into a thriving business focused on modern machine quilting. I love the idea of all the little snippets of time adding up into progress Especially when there is a 5 yr boy in the house Although it’s a moment here and a moment there, the process doesn’t seem to morph into stress of multi-tasking….yet…and hopefully not ever LOL!
